Shipping policy
1. Definitions
a) Whereas "The shipper" refers to "Washashqawin".
b) Whereas "The client" refers to "persons who visit the website, or contact Washashqawin, or make purchases and/or custom orders from "Washashqawin".
2. Shipping in Canada will be handled by Canada Post.
a) The shipper cannot provide tracking information on purchases with "Flat Rate Standard Letter Mail" as tracking is not available to this option.
b) The shipper will provide tracking information on purchases with "Express Post" or "Tracking" through email to the client's email provided.
3. International Shipping will be handled by Canada Post.
a) The shipper cannot provide tracking information on purchases with "Flat Rate Standard Letter Mail" as tracking is not available to this option.
b) The shipper will provide tracking information on purchases with "Express Post" or "Tracking" through email to the client's email provided.
c) In addition to subsection b, where the courier is expected to change beyond Canadian borders, the client is responsible in maintaining the tracking of their order.
4. Packaged with care.
a) The shipper will ensure prepared products are packed diligently to help avoid any damages in shipment.
b) Currently, all products will be packaged in an Eco-friendly mailer to lessen our ecological footprint.
5. Damaged products in shipping transit.
a) The shipper is not liable for products that become damaged in shipping transit.
b) The client is responsible for assessing and managing any damages to received product.
6. Shipping Expense Refund where applicable.
a) Refer to section 3 of Refund Policy.
